Here's a few examples of healthy foods you can eat to replace the refined sugar laden foods we may otherwise go for when these cravings kick in. 04.01.2022 Gut Cleanse. What an exciting journey these past two weeks have been! These pictures are taken 1 week apart (last week). I've lost the stubborn extra layer of fat in just 7 days! All I've done is changed my diet to mostly alkaline foods along with supplements to support my body while cleansing/healing from symptoms of IBS. Not only did I reach my goal of weight to lose in just one week, but my skin has also cleared up (exciting!!) And NO more bloating. I'm also more focused ...during my meditations and I sleep like a baby. Giving my digestive tract a break and time to heal is the best thing I could have ever done for myself at this time.
