01.01.2022 Hi, I’m Emma I originally started this page as a way to share tips and research about exercise and advocate for the role of Exercise Physiologists. Skip ahead a few months and I find myself moving from Adelaide to Sydney and starting up a business because I couldn’t find a job that would allow me to work with the people and conditions that I am really interested in and passionate about. I am unbelievably busy at the moment getting Life Exercise Physiology up and running, but I am super excited to start sharing a bit more about my journey and my work.
