We will now be closed until the 28th of December where we will be open for 3 days and closed again on the 30th. But open our doors again on the 3rd of January 2021. 14.01.2022 Hello everyone, just wanting to let you know that tomorrow we have a little something special at Lifeboat. Ryan will be helping me out for the day, he has chosen to help me make some goodies to sell out the front. For 2 reasons 1: He is saving up his money to buy a Fitbit.... 2: He will be donating some of the money he makes to a beautiful project called ARK. Stewart Jackson is in charge of this project in the Philippines. The money goes to helping build schools and sponsoring children to attented school. Please feel free to donate directly to the project every dollar adds up and makes a difference. So please come in and show your support to our little champ. Buy a cup cake, muffin or crackles. 11.01.2022 We are currently very busy trying to get together items to help support the following Clothes, linen and kitchenware are being packed into a 40' container for Fiji to help in the recovery after Cyclone Yasa, category 5 crossed Vanua Leva, the 2nd largest island in Fiji December 16 - 19. The cyclone struck Vanua Levu destroying homes in Tabia, Vunivau, Dreketi and Nabouwalu. Dreketi Primary School and other schools in Vanua Levu were severely damaged. Communications from impacted areas were lost on December 17. A total of 72 roads were closed around the country as a result of fallen trees, broken powerlines, floodwaters and landslides. The flooding from this cyclone, like that of bulldozer, washed these Fijians homes and contents away.
