With lots of parents working from home - juggling work, kids, household chores and everything else - can sometimes be quite overwhelming and often means focusing on your activity goes to the bottom of the list. Whilst the work day can be challenging enough, it’s also really important to take breaks, stay active and stay connected to the kids. We will share Lifecare Frankston's videos over the coming days, and we recommend mixing up the activities to suit your family! 10.01.2022 As part of our response to COVID-19,Lifecare Frankston is following the Aust health guidelines and the APA recommendations seen here. In addition to this we’re contacting our patients individually prior to their appointments to ensure we reduce the risk of patient and staff exposure to the virus.
