This course will be delivered on Zoom making it easy to access from the comfort of your home. The 4-week program will help you to: Introduce you to how Yoga promotes mental health and overall wellbeing Manage anxiety and stress Sleep more soundly Reduce tension in your body and mind The course will be run Saturday from 4:30pm -5:15pm, commencing Sept 5 for 4 weeks.
