23.01.2022 A polite reminder to all our valued patients to please limit the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) by means of good hand washing and attention to any symptoms. Our practitioners who are all 'hands-on' will likewise be very diligent with regular hand hygiene. If you are feeling unwell or have any concerns, please phone our clinic on 9300 2122 ahead of your appointment to discuss cancelling or postponing your appointment.

18.01.2022 Lifecare Oak Park Physiotherapy & Pilates remains open for business as usual at this time. We have made modifications to our group classes in line with DHHS, Australian Physiotherapy Association and other stakeholder guidelines. 09.01.2022 We understand that our clients and community are experiencing many emotions due to everything that is happening in our world. At Lifecare, we wanted to take the time to inform you of what we are doing to keep you and our team safe. While our services are operating as 'business as usual’, we have increased our clinic cleaning and sanitisation measures. This includes regular and targeted cleaning of the clinic, equipment and common areas (including hand rails and door knobs) ...and meticulous personal hygiene for clinicians including hand washing, sanitising during and after sessions, and the disinfecting of personal spaces (desks, keyboards, phones, ect). In addition to this, all clinical staff will be staying home should they exhibit any cold symptoms or have returned home from overseas travel. During this time, we ask that our clients respect our team and stay home should they be experiencing any cold symptoms. If you are concerned or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us as we are here to help.

05.01.2022 As of the Thursday the 23rd of July, LifeCare Oak Park Physiotherapy & Pilates will REQUIRE all clients to wear a MASK to their appointments. This is in accordance with the new guidelines from the Victorian government. You can bring your own mask, if you forget you can purchase one for $1 at our clinic. 03.01.2022 Lifecare Oak Park Physiotherapy & Pilates is OPEN during this local lockdown. We are an essential healthcare service, and under stage 3 COVID-19 restrictions clients are ALLOWED to attend our services to receive care. This includes our 1:1 physiotherapy consultations, telehealth and clinical exercises classes. This applies to both patients in suburbs in lockdown, and patients outside these areas. If questioned by the police you may need to show your appointment (either the S...MS appointment reminder or a business card with your appointment date) We are doing everything we can to stay safe, sanitising all equipment between every patient, turning away patients that show cold/flu symptoms, practising social distancing, and as always maintaining good hand hygiene.
