13.01.2022 Next week is fast approaching and here is an update for staff availability. The gym will be open 24/7 for members over the Christmas / New Year period but will not be staffed on the following days the next coming weeks, December 24th - January 3rd closed!... January 4th return to regular open hours! If you are a non member looking for a casual visit on those unstaffed days please direct message us. It’s been a big year let’s celebrate Christmas and enjoy the upcoming festivities!

08.01.2022 Great news everyone! As you may of already heard gyms will be reopening on June 22nd if everything stays on track! We will keep everyone updated over the next few weeks and look forward to seeing everyone back in the gym!
