A single 60 minute class cost two cr...edits which works out at$24. However the more yoga you do, the cheaper each class becomes. And there’s a very good reason for that. Every day we have people tell us the improvements yoga has brought to their lives. We’ve designed our studio around helping you practice as affordably and often as possible. 23.01.2022 This year has been tough. And it is not quite done with us yet. So, if you are wondering where you will get the will to make it over this final hurdle my friend..., let me remind you what you have come through so far. You are a warrior, you have shouldered loss, you have handled discrimination, you have spoken up even when afraid and showed up day after day, no matter how exhausted you are. You are strong. And someone somewhere looks to you for inspiration. Someone somewhere needs you to carry on, the way you always do. So, do whatever it takes to bring a smile to your face each day. Eat the cake. Watch the Christmas movie. Take the bubble bath in the middle of the day. Cover your house in lights to bring the joy we so desperately need. Do not waste your precious time with those who bring you down. You need cheerleaders. You need laughter. You need light. Filter out all the fake news and the negativity. This year has been tough my friend, but so are you. Keep on showing up in that special way you do. We need you more than ever. The journey has been isolating and scary and not everyone knows what to do or say in these circumstances. ... If I may offer some tips from my experience If you don’t know what to say or do.. say I don’t know what to say Don’t offer support if you feel uncomfortable or uncommitted Don’t avoid them Don’t have expectations of the person Be prepared they may need to cancel last minute Ask what they need.. don’t tell them what they need.
