24.01.2022 Love it We can change..... oh the possibilities!!



24.01.2022 Good Morning x This is a long post though demonstrates the power of coaching. Last night I was receiving a coaching session..... yes a good coach will receive coaching! Anyway an event that happened when I was 16 surfaced.......... I went for my drivers license and back then we went to the local police station and a policeman tested me. I was driving a large white valiant ranger no power steering . Time to do the dreaded reverse parallel park. I thought I’d nailed it. Yippee The policeman got out of the car and failed me because my from wheel was 1cm further from the curb than the back wheel so not parallel. He said you fail and no women should be driving a car that big. As a 16 year old the meaning I gave that event was 1. If it’s not perfect it’s not good enough 2. Women can’t do big things 3. Big men with loud voices know best! ....... remember I was 16. Someone else would have reacted differently but this is what I now believed on an unconscious level. So how has this belief system effected my life? I am as harsh on myself as that policeman- nothing I do is good enough. What a load of BS..... now I understand where and why I’ve taken that belief on I can now reframe it and change the meaning to that policeman was a dick and I didn’t fail he failed me. Nothing I do can be 100 percent perfect 95 percent is fucking good! Because I thought I had to do everything perfect it stopped me from doing or enjoy trying. I’ve made things harder than they need to be........enough! I now choose to champion myself as I do others. I now choose to speak to myself as I would someone I love. I now choose to cut myself some slack. I now choose to have a go even if it means I might get it wrong. Don’t get me started on how that event effected me as a women. I now choose to change my beliefs around what I can do as a women and reclaim my own power. You’re never to old to change, grow and improve your life. My life will improve from the changes I will make due to the coaching I received . Have a fabulous day

23.01.2022 With the Silly Season around the corner and regardless of the year you’ve had everyone gets tired and run down about now. We’re not as patient as we can be and we may say or do things we wouldn’t usually do. Look after yourself so you can continue to look after others

18.01.2022 What are your Values? A value is an emotional state you would like to experience on a regular basis. A Value is important to you. Each of you will have a different set of values. There’s no right or wrong, good or bad though have a look at where you are spending most of your time or examine an emotion you have often and that’s a Value.... If you spend a lot of time watching TV then TV is a value. If you feel depressed sorry to say it’s a value. Not all values give us the results we want in life. I’ve done this exercise on values and I had to admit I spent a lot of my time procrastinating and overwhelmed which is not helping me get the results I want in life.Not the usual values you see on a list non the less if you do it you value it!! 14.01.2022 I love this! Language is so important. The words we use will be influenced by our culture, our EDISC behavioural profile and our beliefs. What words do you use when speaking about yourself and others?... Listen to those words, pay attention. Do they actually put you and others down? The saying use to be The pen is mightier than the sword. Today I feel the word is mightier than the sword. A mis used word can cut and create a wound. We are very casual with our words. Listen to the words you use. Do they hurt or heal? See more

04.01.2022 What’s the similarity in these images? They are both images of routes or pathways. The top image represents a neuron , a pathway for thoughts and actions. The bottom image is of city streets, pathways for vehicles. The more traffic a street carries the larger it is and the brighter the lights and the easier the travel.... The same with your brain.... the more often you have the same thought, hence the greater the traffic the stronger and brighter and more easily accessible that neurological pathway becomes. Ask yourself ..... are your thoughts creating a beautiful journey or do you want to change direction? You are the driver. You choose the journey. Choose a great one

02.01.2022 A couple of days ago I stayed I wanted to change my Reality and have a massage once a month. To change your reality you need to take action so Ive developed an action strategy. First step- find a massage therapist in the western suburbs of adelaide. I would love some recommendations so I can implement step 2!
