23.01.2022 This is what we're all about here at Life Designer. Your version of reality only exists within your mind. What you perceive to be reality, comes through your senses first, then into your brain; where it is filtered and then 'reproduced', or simulated, back into your nervous system.... Which is then fed back into your brain, and therefore your mind, which in turn creates a 'belief system'. Your interaction with reality creates a feedback loop. You see what you get by way of expectation - expectation of what you have been experiencing your entire life. Getting what you expect, obviously gives you the same result. If you want to change your results, and therefore your reality - you need to change your mind.

03.01.2022 Hello and welcome! The session will start in about 5 minutes or so. In the meantime, get yourself comfy, take off your shoes, remove any potential distractions and loosen any tight clothing. Tonight I will be gently guiding your awareness from an alert and ‘busy’ state, into a peaceful meditation. There is nothing to do here, nothing to think of, nothing to remember.
