We launched t...he record with a 50 person gig in Hotel Doolin in early August. It was special for all of us there. So much so that we are doing it again. On Saturday October 17th we will come together again for a socially-distanced gig in the Barn at Hotel Doolin. 50 people only. Kick -off 9pm. We can't wait to sing and play these songs again. https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/luka-bloom-and-the-bittersweet- See more

07.01.2022 Yesterday I was in Cork Penny Dinners and was speaking to Caitriona Twomey about the ongoing support they provide, always, but more than ever in these exception...al times. Caitriona told me the cold, wet weather coming in now adds even further hardship to people and I thought maybe we could help a little. Protecting and in the best interests of the safety of the individuals and families they help, Penny Dinners have been directed to accept only new items of clothing. I thought maybe some of us would have those packets of socks, pjs, gloves we bought when they were reduced and are sitting in a cupboard waiting for a good home. On next Friday and Saturday, 23rd and 24th October, I'll put a table in my driveway and promise you social distancing space if you have anything you'd like to gift at this time. I'm conscious it's a difficult time, emotionally and financially, for everyone at the moment so there's absolutely no pressure. I know everyone is already doing what they canxxx
