25.01.2022 If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s the importance of connection. Although at times, we’ve needed to stay physically apart, our fundamental need for connection has seen us come together in other ways. Connection is a fundamental human need and at the heart of everything we do here at Lifeline. Through connection we’re able to bring hope and save lives, and for this we’re grateful. If you need support, please reach out to us. We’re here to listen 24/7 on 13 11 14 or you can text us nightly, 6pm midnight (AEDT) on 0477 13 11 14.

22.01.2022 Yesterday's Remembrance Day was an important national opportunity to remember those who died or suffered in all wars and armed conflicts. However we know the impacts can be every day of the year. Because of this, we also acknowledge the higher rate of PTSD in our veteran community. In our holding on to hope podcast series, returned soldier, Ben Farinazzo, tells his story of battling PTSD for decades. It wasn’t until he called Lifeline and was advised to see his GP that he wa...s finally diagnosed. Listen to Ben’s story of holding on to hope after returning from service and experiencing PTSD at www.lifeline.org.au/podcast or wherever you get your podcasts. If you need support, please know we are here to listen 24/7 on 13 11 14.
