This year more than ever before it is important to remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.... Whilst marches and parades are not possible, please take a moment to recognise their sacrifices. Even if alone, a bowed head, a quiet thank you or a moment of reflection is a small but significant way of saying thank you and acknowledgment that they will not be forgotten.
