25.01.2022 Our virtual garden continues to bloom with each of our flowers having its own significance. The Morning Flower, blooms in memory of someone lost to suicide; loved and remembered. It is a reflection on a life lost and the pain for those left behind. We know that for each life lost to suicide the impacts are felt by up to 135 people, including, family members, work colleagues, friends, and first responders. 22.01.2022 Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. This morning we walked Out of the Shadows and into the light to raise awareness, remember those lost to suicide and unite in our commitment to prevent further deaths by suicide.

Not everyone who is having a difficult time will show outward signs however, there are signs to look out for if you are worried about someone. While checking in and asking if they are okay might seem like a difficult conversation to have, it could be a life-saving one.
