24.01.2022 A message from Lifeline WA’s Chair, Sasha Pendal. I’d like to especially thank each of our volunteer Telephone Crisis Supporters, who have shown great strength, skill and compassion throughout this period. It is a credit to them, their experience, but also the robust and ongoing crisis training they each receive which has equipped them for any situation We are certainly not out of the woods yet, but with the commitment of our people and the support of our community, we remain ready for whatever the future holds.

05.01.2022 How lucky are we to live in such a beautiful state We’re ready to go exploring this weekend. Is there anywhere else we should visit for some self-care and getting back to nature?

04.01.2022 We know it makes a positive difference to someone, whether it’s for a moment, a day or the weeks ahead. That’s why I’m shining a light for life Telephone Crisis Support volunteer, Graham, has seen first-hand how a call to 13 11 14 can lift someone out of their darkness. After volunteering since 2019, Graham’s kind, supportive words and caring listening has helped shine many lights on vulnerable Western Australians. You can help more volunteers like Graham shine a light by ...donating just $25 to Lifeline WA and help us answer the next call to 13 11 14. If you or someone you know is struggling, please call 13 11 14, available 24/7.

02.01.2022 Having to deal with anxiety is a day to day thing for me, but I’m lucky to have support. Lifeline offers support to those who might not be as fortunate. It only took Mel a few minutes to shine a light for life last year. Mel’s donation meant that we were able to answer a call to 13 11 14 and save the life of a vulnerable Western Australian. You can join Mel and shine a light for life by donating to Lifeline WA today, don’t forget to let us know why you’re donating.
