25.01.2022 Getting creative for a cause! The children at Kindy Kapers Early Learning Centre have been making and selling gifts this week to raise money for the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation! This activity not only helps to bring more awareness to a great cause, but teaches the children the importance of supporting their community. We're so proud of our fantastic educators for engaging the children in this wonderful activity!

16.01.2022 Our little learners at Kids Academy Preschool are so appreciative of the hard work the members of NSW SES are doing for our communities. In fact, one of their superhero mums has been away from her family volunteering with the NSW SES and helping save lives! To show their appreciation for these heroes, the children hosted a free tea & coffee break for all emergency service workers in their area. They also filmed a very special video and hand-delivered a card to their local SES team - take a look in the comments! To all our emergency service workers, we thank you!

04.01.2022 Holi, the Festival of Colours, is a magical and colourful holiday celebrated in South Asian countires such as India and Nepal. The holiday is celebrated on the last full moon in the lunar month of Phalguna and involves up to three days of throwing coloured water and powder, singing, and dancing. Guided by our Healthy Community learning program, Lifelong Learning Centres across the country celebrated the rich culture and history of the holiday with their children. They loved learning more about this beautiful day that is about so much more than just bright colours!
