25.01.2022 Hamstring Lockouts aka Hamstring Flossing Happy Holidays! What better way to take a load off than to just lay on your back and do nothing...ok well maybe we are doing something but it'll be worth it. Today we are hitting those hammies with a bit of flossing. A little different to the SMASHING we finished up with last week, but I think you're ready. Something fresh for the coming new year!

Fear not for this morning we smash the back, the upper back :D This is my most used SMASH, so if any of the videos are worth watching during these past months, this is it. Today's tip: These SMASHES work on more than just the muscle or region they're named after, you'd be surprised what working on one area could do to another.

18.01.2022 Getting SMASHED - Low Back/QL Edition! Happy Saturday everyone. Today we're back live again to SMASH out another part of our body, this week its the QLs. Now this is but one of the muscles that we are actually SMASHING, like most of these SMASHES its more of a general hit to the area - involving multiple muscles, ligaments, tendons and other fascia. Today's tip: Melt! When taking those big long breathes, imaging those muscles melting over your roller or ball. All the way to... the end of that exhale. 14.01.2022 Getting SMASHED - Gut Edition! Right in the GUUTSS!! haha. That's right this morning I'm gonna SMASH you in the guts - well ok im not, but you can do it to yourself, hows that sound? Great? Good! Now the gut is a big area so don't think of this as a SMASH to target one particular muscle, just think about putting some form of motion into that area. Today's tip: This is another good one to remember, if you can't breathe or you notice you're holding your breath, you're going to deep, so ease up tiger :)

Those moments we realise we are holding our breath let us know we're either working too deep, or that we just need to relax the breathe.
