16.01.2022 Some thoughts as we head into the long weekend....I was thinking of how to describe the quality and value of the interactions we engineer through music as music therapists, it made me think there is so so so much more to it than can be described with our technical terms of "shared positive affect" and "positive social interaction". There were so many times this week where I saw individuals have meaningful moments where they really saw me and connected through shared experienc...e as the music guided them.
