04.01.2022 Have you explored dry needling in your treatment? Its a technique used by physiotherapists to treat muscular pain. A small needle is inserted in a muscles trigger point which, if performed correctly, should elicit a twitching response - stimulating the muscle tissues and releasing a therapeutic effect. Dry needling can assist with back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, sciatica and headaches, but its always good to discuss it with your physiotherapists to see if its the right treatment method for your particular pain.
