25.01.2022 Hi team, just a few changes to our current timetable...all 7:00pm classes have been brought forward to 6:45pm. And due to popular demand, our Wednesday "Weights" class that ran during the Challenge is now a permanent fixture on the timetable :) Get on it!!

18.01.2022 Work with us here team and it won't be such a big deal. The rules are all listed in the photo so please make yourselves aware of them all. Any questions or concerns please let me know. Yes this also means no Partner Boxing for the next 10 days so the heavy bags will be getting a workout

17.01.2022 I know this is quite late but I hadn't forgotten about everyone who took part in our 7 Week Challenge, and the results as you all know were awesome. The results were too good to just have one winner, so I decided to pick three stand-outs who all achieved great numbers in weight loss or fat loss, or both!! So a big congratulations to Vic, Liv & Kyarna who have all won a $100 Ignition7 Voucher to spend on Training or Merchandise or Supplements, or a combination of all three.

11.01.2022 Hi team, it's Australia Day this coming Tuesday so we'll be holding our annual BOOTCAMP & BBQ at 7am...then you can head off and enjoy the rest of your day with the family at the beach, or whatever your tradition might be. As per all our "special" classes this is open to all your friends and family at no charge, but please RSVP with numbers in the comments below by 5pm Monday so that we can accommodate you all :)
