Only accessible by boat, with both river and beach frontages Life’s a Beach makes the ideal destination for a weekend or longer stays and is an ideal fishing base. Relax under the coconuts or take a stroll down the beach to beautiful freshwater creek. The Franklin islands are a short boat ride away and there is river, beach and reef fishing. There is ...no road access to Russell Heads. You'll find it located 48kms south of Cairns. You can launch your boat at the Deeral boat ramp and then it's a short 15 min boat ride down the Russell river. A 6m private jetty/pontoon is available to moor your boat. The cottage sleeps 6 and has the following amenities. 2 x double beds 2 x single beds Full kitchen with fridge and freezer Bathroom and Laundry facilities TV, DVD and stereo Minimum 2 night stays.
