We love your work curry lovers thank you for taking the time to send us pictures of your culinary adventures and for popping in to our market stall to tell us what you’ve been cooking. It makes us so happy!! A couple of tablespoons of curry pastes, a cup of stock and two cups of coconut cream is the simple base to which you can add absolutely anything!!

17.01.2022 Summer goodness bowls this is how our family does warmer weather eating a lot of the time. Choose your own adventure bowls. This one features our family favourite Massaman satay sauce which is so easy and delicious we make a huge batch and eat it for days on everything. I’ll pop the recipe in the first comment but for now feast your eyes on this bowl of deliciousness. Sweet chilli tofu, jasmine rice, steamed broccoli, grated carrot, grated cucumber, crunchy fried shallot. 07.01.2022 Dinner time green curry at our house is an ‘all in’ affair. The base curry sauce is our green curry paste with coconut cream and vegetable stock and some extra Thai basil leaves coz we love them. As you can see from the second photo, there are always lots of options to add to our bowl (seven people in our house and some of them are very fussy..... Not naming any names ...... kids.....) We adore the Thai tradition of sharing food from the centre of our table.
