Gordon looks after and plays the music for walking in, signing and walking away. He also takes care of the mic to make sure they are all in good working order. So there is no need to worry about getting someone from your guests to put the music on. Gordon also take photos, (only if the couple agrees), I use them on my web. At the end of the ceremony I put the photos on a CD and send it to the couples. (There is always over 100 photos of good quality) to show appreciation to the bride and groom for allowing me to use them on the web.
