Our Covid-19 safety plan which includes: * maximum 10 person per class * everyone (teachers, clients and visitors) are temperature-checked upon arrival. ... * all teachers have completed the Covid-19 safety training * studio is clean and disinfected regularly * all staff and teachers are also our Covid-19 marshals to ensure everyone keep to the guidelines To fight this health crisis and keep our studio open, we also need your help - * please bring your own yoga mat * wipe down your mat and props after every class * please do not attend any in-studio class if you are feeling unwell or might be in contact with anyone who has Covid-19 or been to any of the hot spots * All in-studio classes are also available Live Stream so you can continue your practice from home too. #workingtogether #CovidSafeBusiness #keepyouryogapractice #northsydney

It's you who makes up our wonderful community and we are so grateful for your continuous support and encouragement during the year - in person and online. While this holiday season might look a little different, take the opportunity to appreciate what we have. A phone or video call to tell our loved ones we miss them. If you can (and social distancing rule permit), do invite a friend, a co...lleague or neighbour that you know might be alone this time for a cuppa. It's a time to reach out to our community to show we care. Just a quick note: the studio will be closed 24 - 26 Dec, 31 Dec and 1 Jan. W are running a series of workshops in the studio from 27 - 30 Dec 9:30am -11am. It's free for those of you on our silver or gold membership, or $30 per session.
