23.01.2022 In these increasingly challenging days that seem to incite even more vocal input on anything & everything, there is another way to work the energy for new creation for us energy-sensitive ones. It comes from conscious silence. From the vibrational standpoint, it is good to remember that any circumstance or situation we choose to speak about adds invisible energy to that about which we give voice. 22.01.2022 While Rosie and I are taking advantage of the latest easing of intra-country travel restrictions by being on the Yorke Peninsula for a couple days, this old post popped to mind. It is a good reminder of how valuable a natural Bush Baptismal Burn is for purifying the Soul. We're right by the sea, so it too is a vibrant reminder of what it means to cleanse the sinuses, cool off, and to joyfully get a little salty and gritty with Life. 21.01.2022 Winter has moved into Spring here in Australia and, cycling through from its silent still space, there is vibrant newness emerging. Over the past week, my energy-working friend Ted has been here from Indiana (USA) and we've drawn together over 40 people who were interested in "Tuning in - Beyond Belief" across 3 locations. The energy of LOVE we shared during our group times together generated a deep sense of energetic friendship.... One that had to be sensed to know that there was more flowing in our space than met the eye. It was cosmically heart-filling. 20.01.2022 It is nourishing for my Soul to be with so many like-energied ones at this gathering in Still Meadow Retreat Centre, just outside Portland, Oregon (USA) this last weekend. I've just arrived with Ted in his home at the Oakwood Retreat Centre, near Muncie, Indiana (USA) - some pics of that in due course. We've loved the many vibes showing up that are very similar to what we're all working with right at home. Needless to say BIG changes, comfortable & uncomfortable, expected & unexpected, weeny & gigantic, and all very powerful too are in everyone's lives. 20.01.2022 We had quite a time checking out "The Elephant in the Room" on Wednesday night. Twenty of us gathered to look past popular theory and misinformation and see the HUGE vibrational aspects conspiring in the EXTREMES we're all experiencing right now. As a highly energy-sensitive person, I added my own tuned-in aerial input to the science I used to outline this amazing elephant. There is much, past our human small-minded-ness, calling to us in the BIG energy changes. Like a "co...almine canary" it is time to realise the value of clearing away what doesn't belong, so we can see what does. 15.01.2022 Hello energy sensitive ones.....our planet, Gaia, was speaking HUGE VOLUMES yesterday (Friday Dec 6) as the Schumann Resonance (more commonly referred to as Gaia's heartbeat) hit a two year record mammoth spike of 158Hz about 7pm (Adelaide time) last night!!! Did you feel it? That is a massive peak from its usual regular beat of 7.83Hz - that is more than 20 times the standard. There was an equally impressive peak of 100Hz about an hour earlier. Bear in mind, if our own heart... beat rate more than doubles, for a short period we're getting into tricky health territory - any more than that is terminal! Are you aware that our hearts, as is Gaia's, are getting an energy cleansing work out as part of the shifting/rising energy patterns in our galaxy? The discomforts we're feeling will be a mix of what we're tuning into (not always consciously) and our own vibrational upgrading at a cellular level. NO fear is required in this (though heart check ups to help allay any fear are useful). We just need to recognise the difference. 12.01.2022 With all the vibrations that call to us energy-sensitive (e-s) ones, long experience tells us that our best orientation is to know that everything begins in energy (of the All-That-Is). That starts in the core of our own Soul-Being - giving it priority for guiding our lives. This last year of EXTREMES of all kinds - COVID included - has given us every opportunity to truly listen to what is showing up in us. Especially beyond what we think our ears can hear. Our Souls are ...calling out. Our bodies are prime indicators of deeper inner magic AND signalers of imbalance too. The amazing goosebumps of unsuspected serendipity; hot rushes of unspeakable LOVE, and the excruciating pain of unresolved off-energy. For us e-s people, it can be our own energy, or that of another we're tuning into, or a bigger body of people we're connected to, and even a planet, a sun, or a star system. It is all energy. 12.01.2022 We often think and act in nanoseconds, yet it can take a lifetime to really work an old pattern of trauma, belief and/or Karma into its next stage of freeing up our energy. That's good to remember as we heal or provide a surround for others in which to heal. We're in magical times for this to accelerate in the right atmosphere.....or not. Be okay with the not, too.

This is a note to say thank you for attending and supporting my page - especially among the voluminous multitude to choose from these days - it is much appreciated. The world of our energy awareness is not well catered for in our general living, especially for the very young, and it is becoming more important to understand as our world faces greater challenges. As you'll have gathered from my posts, much is changing in us as the Universal vibrations encourage us to move on from the darker age (like a very loooong night) of many thousands of years, to the lighter age we're now entering - some would say the age of Aquarius. 08.01.2022 One Universal Energy Law we're being encouraged to remember right now is tied up in our being One with the All-That-Is Energy. This is not a concept or belief, just as the interconnectedness with in our own bodies needs no proof. Yet, through an electron microscope, one could be forgiven for thinking the spaceousness we'd see in our body, could lead us to think otherwise. A key rememberance for us is that many of us, especially the highly energy-sensitive ones of us, sense th...e Oneness without consciously knowing it. As it hasn't been high on the core valuable experiential learnings, it mostly tends to be forgotten, ignored, or taken for granted. Now is a time to realise the Oneness Truth and to sense into it with even more gusto. AND, remember too, that the effects of that Oneness shows up in our bodies, minds & emotions. It is a similar energy sending & receiving principle that shows up through how our phones, radios & TVs work. From this awareness, it is empowering to know that a great deal of what shows up in us - from aches, pains & sadness to euphoria, joy & gratitude - is connected to that which is happening in the larger picture. It can actually take away a great deal of our fearful discomfort in thinking something is actually wrong with us. Once we know we're tuning into more than we've realised, our choice can change to actually knowing it AND electing instead to send out creative vibes (LOVE) into All-That-Is happening rather than a take it on as a burden or as something to rail against. The old adage, "Let go and let God" - which can also be said as "Let go and let LOVE" - is a new beginning point in the massive changes that are taking place. It is all in the energy - start there.

Transformative processes take courage to step into and we're being Cosmically-inspired to do it now. These challenging times give us even more opportunity to resolve to let go of the beliefs, habits, and ingrained behaviours that imprison us - often, unknowingly. We are the carvers of our own woodiness, to better show the All-That-Is magical in us. Th...e winter hibernation process is a drawing inward of energy, natural in us too. What better time, on the back of our COVID experience, to look deeper into ourselves to remember who we are, at our very core and bring it out. There is incredible power in this, just like there is at the fiery centre of an atom or a solar system. It is good to remind ourselves that we are extraordinarily made, and capable of very much more than we currently know. Time for a stellar update note - the Sun is still in Solar Minimum (cooling mode & for Gaia too), Gaia's heartbeat (Schumann Resonance) continues to be erratic, 3 hefty earthquakes the last few days, 4 planets currently in retrograde, Full Moon in Sagittarius (fire sign) at 4.42am tomorrow (Saturday), human restlessness at a big high, inner vibrational changes are still happening in us, and a third eclipse has just happened! So, little wonder we energy-sensitive on...es are having gut, chest, heart & head issues & pressure. It is all conspiring to cleanse us and Gaia as we finish these last weeks of southern hemisphere autumning (leafing time) & really begin wintering (stillness time) as from the solstice change on Saturday June 20. Lots of energy flow awareness & understanding, deep breathing, letting go and Soul-LOVING is vital for us as the urge toward greater standing in our power emerges in all these combinations. Constant fear, like COVID 19 raised in many - whether conscious or subconscious - is Thymus & immune system destroying (amonst other things), so be aware of that impact as the usual flu season kicks in. Keep steady, calm, the vitamin C handy, and your good quality oils ready. Great Self maintenance is really needed here. 03.01.2022 Just as rejuvenating winter rains have nourished and replenished our planet for thousands of years, our own wintering processes are calling even more strongly as these EXTREME times roll through. 02.01.2022 As we winter away here, with all that is happening in the world, it is good to remember that raining is the Life cycle way of cleansing, nourishing, loosening up, fertilising, lubricating, and making fresh for the new. So too with us, raining/crying/shedding tears do this whether they are expressed in sadness, joy, laughter, frustration, simple release, or with great reverence. Here's one way others are remembering the value of this gift, which many often consign to the shame, fear, or guilt bin. We have it for a reason and, LOVINGLY used for our inner Life self-care, it can generate much clear and cleaner energy in us. Water your Soulfulness on!!

01.01.2022 Hello!!! It has been a mammoth journey time for Ted Blodgett and myself as we moved with the energy of "tuning in" that we'd perceived many months ago and began in late September. We're both back in our respective homes now after a month of being with more than 160 like-energied ones and deeply appreciating all that has shown up as we connected with them via groups, gatherings and individual meet-ups. Ted touched into the tuning in vibes in New Zealand, and together we share...d energy with others in South Australia, Australia, and from Portland, Oregon, across to Columbus, Ohio in the USA. It was extraordinary how many serendipitous and synchronous experiences put in appearances. We're letting the incredible blessings, lessons, gifts and change processes that occurred in and around us settle, knowing there's more to all this. AND, it will show itself in the days to come. We do know it is about greater attunement with All-That-Is. Many thanks to those who supported us in all kinds of ways to do what we did. We trust that what we shared from our hearts was of value in a world that continues to up the vibrational ante on challenges and opportunities in our coming to live more from our Source/Soul energy.
