A Float Facilitator will help clients with their float experience and guide them through the process. This Casual Float Facilitator position requires the oversight and maintenance of our 3 beautiful cabins and assist our welcoming our massage clients. Employees will also take part in greeting and be engaging with customers, learn spa sanitation best practices, and build lasting relationships with our regular customers. The role includes routine customer care and center management tasks such as checking clients in, answering phones, booking appointments, cleaning, managing & recording water chemistry and tidying/restocking rooms between floats This is a fast-paced work environment, and successful candidates should have the following attributes: Not be adverse to spending most of their day cleaning. working barefoot. Sales/customer service confidence. Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated General understanding of Floating, benefits, and history or willing to learn. Ability to work with minimum supervision Excellent customer service skill Punctual and flexible with their schedule Willingness to keep a clean work environment Ability to move fast when turning rooms over Comfortable working in the public spa environment Must be available to work weekend Be available to cover additional shifts and also help out in both stores Rockingham and Cockburn. Assigned shifts are Cockburn and approx. 20 hours a week to start with. Additional shifts available to cover other staff at times too. Some level of exercise is required. You must be able to lift 20kgs (bags of salt) This is a fun and exciting work environment, but it's not for everyone. 08.01.2022 Sunday, we both went in for a float, while we own two float centres, we have become so busy that we just haven't had the time. We have had a few very stressful weeks, and running a business takes passion, because its 24/7 days a week. We deliberately organised to meet my cousins for a float and whilst it did take some effort to get here for 930am Sunday, I cant stress how glad we made the effort. From completely in pain, almost unable to walk from feet pain, 5 workouts, 6 ...crazy busy days, 2 games of golf and life in general.... to feeling amazing, pain free and head cleared and functioning again.
