20.01.2022 Have been taking both of these supplements for the past few weeks. ZMB6+ helps with Weight Control, Energy, Eye Care, Muscle Growth, and immune Immune Support. It also helps with my sleep and Ive been taking 2 before bed and have been crashing out and having a good nights sleep. The BCEAA has all the essential amino acids for muscle recovery and development, and the glutamine will help with Immune Function and recovery. Im taking this prior to training as my water retention wasnt good
