15.01.2022 I had a run to do today that I was dreading (sore butt muscle and hips) I was making all sorts of excuses and negotiating with myself, "I will add the distance to tomorrow's run." I have committed! So changed my mindset, stepped up and got the job done. I asked @em_zyy to run an epsom salt bath for me while I was doing it and she went above expectations. 01.01.2022 SUCH INCREDIBLE NEWS ANNOUNCED LAST NIGHT. It was hard work It took commitment For the first time in a long time we made our health a priority... IT WAS WORTH IT! The results speak for themselves, we feel like we are aging backwards,doing things that I have not done before without the aches and pains that most 40 years olds would be feeling. I feel like I have bought myself 10 years and each day itself has more hours in it. No longer do I feel like I am in a state of exhaustion. *********REPOST******** COACH Colleen Walters Wow! Congratulations to the Synergistic Effects Team on Winning the first quarter of Australia New Zealand Better Health Challenge for over all weight loss % as a Team! So proud of this team and their commitment and dedication to making changes in their overall health and wellbeing on this challenge! Not only did they lose an incredible amount of weight over 3 months, with their new found energy and enthusiasm for fitness and a challenge...they took up running and all have entered various fun runs from 5 to 21.1 km in May!
