13.01.2022 LHM CHANGES - CORONAVIRUS In response to the unfolding Coronavirus situation, we have decided to implement some additional procedures to ensure the continued health and safety of both our tradespeople and tenants. The main focus of this implementation is to reduce person to person contact, and ensure that extra measures are taken to sanitise work sites.... 1) To limit tradesperson vs tenant contact, we will attempt to attend jobs when tenants are not home. If tenants would like to be present, we will politely request that they stay at least 1.5m away from the attending tradesperson, as per Social Distancing guidelines. 2) Our tradespeople will be carrying their own hand soap and will wash their hands on arrival at, and departure from, the property. 3) On completion of the job, our tradespeople will spray the work space with disinfectant.
