14.01.2022 L E S S O N S Ahhh yes. I resonate with this so much. Who else does!? I have always gone through life (okay maybe not ALL the time) but most of the time by knowing there is a lesson to be learnt from every situation and that sometimes situations are put in front of us to literally teach us something so we can move on and be better people. We quite often (and i’ve been there many times don’t worry) get so caught up in how hard a situation is that we can’t see through to the si...lver lining. So often we fight for it or keep making the same mistakes over and over OR stick in the same shitty relationship or the same shitty job because we cannot see past it. The sooner you can realise that a situation is done and that you can move on and grow into a stronger, better person the better it will be. It may not feel like it in the moment but further down the track you will look back and think WOW, I’m so glad I got out of there or Am so happy I realised I was worth so much more. I have been in all types of situations where i’ve stayed too long in a relationship or i’ve stayed WAY too long in a job when the boss has been a total disrepectful so and so but I look back and realise I have LEARNT so much from this; how to be a better person myself and that I will NEVER treat a person the way they’ve treated me. As much as you wish a certain situation hadn’t happened it happened for a reason and that’s all you need to know. Sometimes we just need to be reminded of this. Does this resonate with you?

10.01.2022 THIS!!!! In order to serve the people around you, you need to look after yourself first! I have always been someone who eats regularly, is thinking of food constantly and putting exercise first until motherhood came along and a little person became my number 1 priority haha.... OMG since giving birth I have forgotten /missed / just couldn’t have breakfast and / or sometimes lunch because I had mum duties.. I was always the person telling family/friends off for doing this but I GET IT NOW!! I am not practicing what I preach at the moment and can feel my body is paying for it. There is no excuse though (well there kind of is) so I am on a mission to put my health back as a priority so I can become the happier, energised, healthier version of me again. We as mums tend to forget about ourselves because there is literally 354,000 other things to think about first. So use this as your reminder to take control of your health NOW because the healthier you are, the better quality of life you will have for you AND your family. Put in the comments below what you will be do today in order to become the healthier version of yourself. (Some examples- Exercise, get out in nature, eat more greens, eat more regularly, meal plan/prep, do yoga, breathe)

04.01.2022 Just over 5 months postpartum and finally feeling amazing again! (It is possible guys haha). Getting back on the mat has been a struggle until now but I really don’t know what I’d do without yoga. It also helps that River loves being outside too. I’ve also started back at the gym 3 times per week mostly body weight stuff and already feeling my energy coming back.... For all those new mummas out there remember it takes time to heal, to recover and get back into some sort of reality but DO NOT RUSH IT. I took 5 months to get back into normality and some sort of consistent exercise and for me i wasn’t ready until now. Motherhood is one giant rollercoaster of hormones and emotions but it’s all worth it. I would not change a thing. Let me know if you’d like this full tutorial helping to stretch the upper back, neck and shoulders .

03.01.2022 ARE you still making the same mistakes as you were making in your past? Are you still stuck in the same situation and keep telling yourself you need to get out? Are you on an endless merry go round of shitty relationships, jobs or are constantly attracting negative into your life? Let me remind you that YOU and ONLY you are in control of your life, your decisions and ultimately YOU have the power to change your destiny.... Once you change your perspective and your way of thinking the quicker your life and situation will become better. STOP fucking wasting time on shit that doesn’t light your soul on fire. Full stop. Happy Monday take someone who needs to hear this today!!!
