15.01.2022 Put aside your fears and self-doubts and enjoy life, I say! I had set a goal to do the strenuous Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and was supposed to do it in 2013 but other life stuff got in the way. I simply reset the goal and Jo and I achieved it in 2014 instead. I felt it was important to go and do it while we were both still young and healthy enough to do it, as none of us know what is around the corner that might slow us down.... The altitude really did make it challenging, but it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life and Im so thankful we made it happen. What big lifetime goals have you been putting off for some day? How about writing it down, putting a date on it and working back from there just what you will need to do to make your dream come true. Like I said, I achieved my goal a year later than I originally thought, but I still made it happen - you can make your goals happen too. 15.01.2022 Its always great to have a change of scenery. Last week we were lucky enough to visit some friends down South for the long weekend. We helped with burning off to reduce ground fuel for bush fires, with a glass of local red of course. It was great to have some fun time with friends, doing things like playing card memory games in front of a log fire and having some real belly laughs. Friends, laughter and nature - doing life well :-)

12.01.2022 On a recent visit to Bali, thanks to the business systems I've developed, along with my great staff team, I found I was able to run my cleaning business from my laptop, whilst spending some quality time with my partner. We found it was the most relaxing holiday we've had so far, catching up with many of our old friends in Sanur and Amed, and making some new ones, and we feel very blessed. Work hard to get it right, then work smarter. With the right people in your team and the right systems in place, it's amazing what can be achieved :-)

04.01.2022 Allocating time for simple things like taking the dog for a walk with your partner and appreciating nature - simple things like this are so good for your soul and for developing an attitude of gratitude.

02.01.2022 Living a good life, for me, includes experiencing different things. Heres an example where we recently attended Opera at Twilight - a local event at Stirk Park in Kalamunda, which raised money for several charities. The relaxed environment, picnic, fine wine and high quality musical performances made it a very pleasurable evening.
