23.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE Despite the slight easing of restrictions, we continue to operate under our stage 4 Covid plan. Therefore, we are only open for click-and-collect and deliveries and will not be open Saturdays until further easing is announced.

19.01.2022 OFFICE/SHOWROOM CLOSED FOR STAGE 4 RESTRICTIONS From 6th of August 2020, Lifetime Pine's office and showroom will be closed to customers due to the Stage 4 Covid-19 restrictions in place. Customers will be able to place orders online or over the phone for delivery or pre-organised pickup only.... Deliveries will be contactless curbside only. Also, until further notice, we will be closed on Saturdays. Monday to Friday hours will remain 7am-4pm. 07.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE With the restrictions continuing to ease, we've gone back to the arrangements we had in place during stage 3. Customers are allowed in our showroom once more but we ask that you be sure to wear a mask and sanitise before or upon entry.... Both gates will be opened again and you will no longer be required to wait at the pick up point for your order - You can drive all the way into our yard. We'll continue to clean frequent touching points regularly for everyone's safety. Our Monday to Friday business hours are now permanently changed to 7:00am-4:00pm. We will also be recommencing Saturday trading starting from the 31st of October from 8:00am-12:30pm. Thank you for your patience. We're celebrating with you.

06.01.2022 SILLY SEASON We know the word has been over-used this year but we are currently facing unprecedented demand, which is coinciding with material shortages in some timber and hardware lines. During our stage 4 restrictions, many of our trade customers couldn’t work. Now they are back working but trying to catch up, which has driven a lot of people to DIY rather than wait.... Add that to our normal pre-Christmas rush and better weather. It means that when you phone or come into the store, we are more likely to already be on other calls and our normal fast delivery may be a little slower. We understand that you are entitled to expect better customer service than that, so we apologise and ask for your understanding. As always, we are doing the best we can.

02.01.2022 THE TAP IS BACK Due to the rise in new cases of Covid-19 being reported, we've brought back our hand washing station, located by the door of the office. We'd also like to remind customers of the restrictions we've put in place for both your safety and that of our staff members:... - All customers must report to the office prior to visiting the yard - Every customer must wash their hands at the tap using the soap provided before entering the office - Paperwork for the yard staff will be delivered by LTP personnel - Customers are to remain inside their vehicles while material is brought to the vehicle and then are free to tie down once LTP staff have moved away If you are showing any cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay away (We are still able to take your order via phone or email and deliver) Hand sanitiser is available by the counter Lifetime Pine is still open for both deliveries and pick ups -- We simply ask our customers to be mindful of social distancing and to comply with our requests.
