25.01.2022 Lifeway Kids @home. On the 26th April the children learnt about John the Baptist and how he pointed to Jesus and told people to get ready for him! Finn Wilkie did an amazing job of creating the baptism of Jesus out if Lego. Well done Finn! ... The Chaney family acted out the story of Jesus' Baptism. Here Will is Jesus and Ben is the Holy Spirit who came upon Jesus in the form of a dove. (Or in this case, a parrot!) Alessandro learnt that John the Baptist ate grasshoppers and wore furry clothes! And there's Ben and Laura learning our song - Jesus is the Light, light, light of the world.

24.01.2022 Lifeway Kids @ Home!! Finn Wilkie has been at it again, building our Lifeway Kids Bible Story of the week! What an amazing job he has done this week with great attention to detail. 24.01.2022 Lifeway Kids @ Home This week we started a new series on the Gospel of John. The children learnt that Jesus is the Light of the World.

23.01.2022 Lifeway Kids @ Home The children are continuing to learn about Moses and this week they learnt all about the very first Passover and how God saved the Israelites by passing over their houses that had the lamb's blood painted on. They also learnt that Jesus is God's lamb who saves us.

20.01.2022 Lifeway Kids @Home We hope you all had a blessed Easter remembering the death and resurrection of our Savior! The kid's challenge this week was to make an Easter scene using playdough, Lego or craft materials. Haven't they done an amazing job?! We have some very creative kids at Lifeway Kids!

19.01.2022 Lifeway Kids @Home Exodus Week 2: Moses and the burning bush. The kids learnt that Moses was an unwilling saviour (at first he didn't want to do what God was asking him to do), but Jesus is our willing Saviour. Evelina, Christian and Rylee did some beautiful drawings and colourings this week. Well done kids!

16.01.2022 In the times that we are facing today, it’s so easy to pay attention to all the wrong things. When this happens we can find ourselves more anxious, overwhelmed and discouraged. When Jesus was about to go to the cross to pay for our sins, he was feeling overwhelmed. In fact he says this.. Now My soul is troubled and distressed, and what shall I say? Father, save Me from this hour [of trial and agony]? No, for it was for this very purpose that I have come to this hour [that I... might undergo it]." Jesus had precision focus when it came to who he was, and why he was here. If we don’t gain clarity around our own Identity and Purpose then expect to be shaken when trouble comes. Stop looking around, quit comparing to others and instead start to see yourself from God’s perspective and become intentional about learning why you’re here. It won’t keep trouble from knocking at your door, but it will help you to stand firm and not invite it in. See more

02.01.2022 In week 2 the children learnt about the Tower of Babel and were challenged to build their own towers. Some built really tall ones that touched the roof and others focused on building strong towers that could hold a tub of butter! Well done kids!!
