22.01.2022 Sometimes there are certain decisions that we make which aren’t always easy but have a profound impact on our growth. Recently for me I’ve made the decision to let go of teaching @mokshayogaaustralia and to put more of my focus into Reiki and my Coaching. It’s very easy for me to play it safe and to resist change. However in order for my growth I know that sometimes I need to step into the unknown and move through any fear and hesitation that comes with making changes. It ha...s been an amazing last few years being at @mokshayogaaustralia and meeting incredible people. I am forever grateful for the love, support and guidance of the community. Closing chapters isn’t always easy, but as they say, what the caterpillar calls the end, the master calls the butterfly. 20.01.2022 It’s been 10 years since I finished high school, and thank you to @hayleydureau (my yr 12 maths teacher, who also became a beautiful friend) for inviting me today to be a guest speaker for #IWD - what an honour It was so nice to be able to share my story and some of my insights. I also shared ways in which each of us can develop the strong relationship we have with ourselves, because I believe this is where it starts to have equality.
