You will be helping our project managers hit their production targets by ensuring that all products are hand delivered to site and the concrete floors are prepared so our timber can be installed without delay. ... Your role will be to ensure we have clean and flat concrete floors ready for timber installation, by preparing the sites which includes application of Moisture Barrier, removing tile/ flooring, as well as removing and replacing furniture. The role will keep you busy; travelling to sites and completing an average of 2 jobs a day. You’ll have contact with customers so you need to be someone who is service oriented and likes to help others. We are looking for the right person to join our hardworking team managing luxury timber flooring installation projects and wowing our customers. What the jobs looks like:... You will be managing your own allocated flooring installation jobs from initial customer contact through scheduling all appointments, site inspections, accepting payments, allocating and managing the installers while creating an outstanding customer experience. Ultimately the purpose of your role will be to have installation projects run within budget, on time and to high quality that result in ecstatic customers that promote Lifewood to their friends and family. You will aim to manage an average of 5 projects each week. To be successful in this role you would be: Communicating with the customer in the lead up to their installation and providing them with ample information to put them at ease throughout this process. Completing the site inspection and organising all pre-installation work including site prep. Arranging the delivery of the Lifewood product to the customer prior to installation. Allocating and booking in installers to complete the installation. Overseeing the installation process to ensure it is carried out according to Lifewood’s high standards in a timely manner. Managing costs for each job and understanding margins and opportunity cost to maximise profit per job. Following up with customers with completed jobs to thank them and undertake the Lifewood referral, feedback and promotions programs. Engaging in feedback loops with the Production, Sales, Marketing and Installation teams to improve processes, product and customer experience.
