14.01.2022 LESS IS MORE Front Splits. These look so fancy, and not everyone thinks they need it. While we incorporate this in with what we do, were basically working toward increasing your ROM (range of motion), to inherently improve your performance, how you feel in your body, and longevity! Achieving the front split is just the icing on the cake! ... Our MOBILITY class runs on Wednesday’s @ 630am - it is programmed to alternate every 6 week block, between front and middle splits, pancakes and upper body mobility. A well-rounded full-body session. Whilst we recommend the work of lengthening and strengthening into your weekly training, we also only recommend partaking in this class once per week - as, less is effectively more @lift.studioartarmon #LIFTCrew #LIFTStudio #LIFTArtarmon
