25.01.2022 We are looking for some recruits to join our Mums n Bubs team. 30 minute express sessions which include low impact strength & cardiovascular endurance. You can work up a sweat while your bub sits and watches on in awe. ... Sessions run on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 8:30am-9am. (You don’t have to commit to all 3!) Cost is $25 per person per session. (10% discount applies when purchased in a 10 pack) Spots are limited so get in quick to secure yours or to find out more info. 11.01.2022 This is Madelyn. (@missmadelynmills ) She had been training for 5 months. She started with once a week in the gym,... then once in the gym plus 2 at home sessions. Now she does two sessions in the gym. One of those sessions we do strength + interval training. The other is strength + Endurance. Each week in her endurance session we have increased the length of the workout by 2 mins. This week she did 16 minutes non-stop. At the end she said I could never have done that when we started It’s true, we started at the beginning and worked our way up to that. We are excited for when we get up to the 30 minute non-stop session. Stay tuned.

09.01.2022 This week marks 1 whole year of training @sethol The changes we are seeing are incredible. Seth has lost a total of 36cms and 10kg!... He is so much fitter and stronger! And the best part is, he hasn’t had to do anything drastic to get there. All we did was add in 1-3 x 45 minute sessions per week around his crazy work schedule. The secret to his success is consistency. Small, sustainable changes to his week that he was able to stick to. Well done Seth! Keep on doing what your doing

07.01.2022 6 weeks since I last told you how great @missmadelynmills was doing! She has still been coming in twice a week and we have still been increasing our conditioning workouts by 2 minutes each week. Today we made it to 30 minutes non stop! That’s her whole session!... Beyond proud of how far you have come in such a short time! Many more weeks of smashing workouts to come !
