24.01.2022 Low Calorie "Corn Chips" Ok, so they're not made of corn but from Rye Wraps (71cals per wrap). I just cut them up, sprinkled some bacon seasoning on top and baked them for 7-8min at 200C. Use these for homemade nachos or you can just eat them on their own! Super easy and you save yourself on so many calories! #quickandeasyfood

20.01.2022 And that's a wrap! This has been the best 8 week challenge yet!! These guys worked their asses off! They lost so much weight and gained so much knowledge in the process. Over 40kg lost with this group and I couldn't be prouder! Thanks guys for being awesome.... I'll be running a 6week Summer Shape Up challenge end of Oct and it's almost full already!! Wow!! 14.01.2022 "Me Time" I live a pretty busy lifestyle... I work Mon-Fri with morning and evening shifts doing PT, Group Training and Teaching Dance. Saturday mornings it's running an 8week challenge group and teaching dance. I also do Online Training, Pet Sitting as well as Forex Trading part-time. So essentially I work 6-7days a week. Sounds crazy and possibly stupid to do so but I love every aspect of my jobs (I like to call them "paid hobbies" ). ... ---- However, I know it's 100% vital to take time out for myself otherwise I would burn out, get sick and/or go crazy. (No chill out and no nap makes Nic something something). ---- My "ME time" includes things that make me switch off work mode... things like going to the gym, going for a walk and listening to a podcast, watching re-runs of Friends (), taking a nap or just going to a coffee shop and read. ---- Somehow amongst my busy life I manage to make time for those things (yes, MAKE time) and it's honestly made me a more productive person when I'm in work mode. --- Ensure you make some time for yourself everyday (even if it's only small amount of time), you'll feel SO much better for it. Trust me! See more

10.01.2022 Weight going down and calories going up! Enjoy all the foods with no restrictions. Majority of Julie's diet is whole foods but with proper tracking of her calories she still manages to enjoy some "fun foods" in her plan. Already 10kg down

Who had moved and ended up becoming a PT herself! She thanked me and said that if she hadn't met me she wouldn't have a career that she loves now. Messages like this really make me grateful for the work I do, for myself and for others.
