23.01.2022 Workout of the day ! |Super set city.| I place he second piece of every super set as a low impact body weight exercise generally, high fatigue in this way tests your lactic energy system!... It’s a full body workout with a bit of a lean toward leg dominance!!! Lower body should feel like jelly if you’re doing it right; hopefully your jog will be just as exciting as mine !!
22.01.2022 Today was a prep day for me ! Yuck right ? Dread it ? Me too sometimes , but ultimately it’s a safety net that I find catches me more often than not ! Steps to a successful diet/ healthy relationship with food . #1 pre cook most; if not all of your meals ! Life is stressful enough without worrying what to eat, plan ahead ! ... #2 Have a basic fundamental understanding of what you’re eating, portion sizes and the nutritional value of what you put in your mouth! I’ve found basic naivety with food stats lead to drastic weight goal destruction! *322 calories in 1 avocado* #3 knowing your daily caloric intake is vital! Are you over eating ? Not eating enough ? Too many carbs or not enough fat!? It can be daunting but help is here and knowledge is everywhere ! Hope you enjoy the video, I’m glad it’s over ! Happy feasting for the next few days !

19.01.2022 Prior to training with me I get all of my clients to manifest a written why This why is the reason they’re in the gym, this why explains the reason they’re putting up their hand to change, it’s the reason they show up every week, without this, failure is almost certain! I put it to all of you, take out a pen and paper, sit down and really contemplate your why... This can be done with an end goal in mind, something tangible and within reason. My why is to acquire the physical capacity of one of my idols Rich Froning Jr. I believe achieving this heightened ability will have physical and mental results, I will have to really commit myself, I will feel better in a multitude of ways and in many realms (physical and mental). My why is less specific and more well-rounded to an overall achievement but it is what fuels me. Lets say for example you’re overweight; 102 kg and your why is to get to an appropriate weight (88 kg) where you’re no longer feeling lethargic, you have the capacity and energy reserves to go hiking with your children instead of stumbling behind and saying ill catch up The why here is to live life to a fuller nature, broadening your relationship with your kin and opening you up to more experiences, but with a specific number as to be measurable and tangible. This why is paramount and is really what drives you in moments of hardship, when you’re tired from a hard day’s work and staying on the couch is all too easy, when you’re on your last rep, legs are jelly, lactic acid has burned a hole in your shirt and you think that burp will turn into vomit, your why shouts out above it all and pushes you past the limit and is what carries you through! I’d love it if you shared your why with me and allowed me to help you achieve it, even by telling someone your why you’re making yourself accountable and will be more likely to achieve it. We achieve this state by applying this formula- (High intensity + low rest + short duration) = neural and muscle adaptation begins which allows for higher muscle force exertion.
