07.01.2022 #Repost @mclovenxo check out my girl's latest transformation! I am very embarrassed to post this, I didn't want to take this before pic.. but i'm glad I did. Aug to Feb... The first pic was my 1 month post partum before I started to eat healthy and go to the gym again. I had postpartum depression, looking at my body made it worst. I was so embarrassed to go to the gym and I'd compare myself to all the other fit girls I'd see while I was training (didn't help me in any way but demotivated me) i'd always go to the gym with a jumper on and I'd sook about how weak I was, I'd feel like crying just trying to do a simple squat. Danny then said "We all start somewhere if you work hard for it you will get stronger". I stopped comparing myself to others and started comparing my progress photos. This is where my stem of motivation started. No matter how tired and unbothered I was to go to gym, I still went, recording the weight I did during workouts and beating it the week after. Counting calories, controlling my eating while still enjoying my cheat meals every week . Only you can make a change for yourself, Only you can build the self confidence you need (even if some says your perfect and you feel you're not) Only you can change your state of mind. You will find self love, if you give yourself self love I wouldn't have had the motivation if my husband wasn't there to support me and educate me throughout this ride. & I am grateful.
