25.01.2022 Now that everything is up and running, I thought I'd start sharing some experiences. This is one of the first ones :) I was lucky enough to be taken in by my beautiful aunty and uncle (now most importantly known as Mum and Dad), when I was young. They are humble, honest, warm and guided by morals which they have passed onto us kids. They are unapologetically strong, challenging and unwavering; I respect and love them unconditionally. My brother and I lost our fraternal mum ...when I was 7 and he was 5. There are no experiences I can remember before this but I'm sure she's been with me prior to this. I have been told that she takes the ownership of my spiritual sensitivity so props to her. I wonder if it's her gift to me because she can't be here in the flesh. Anyway, I was lying in bed late one night. I was at my boyfriend's house at the time and had some growth to do as a human being and young adult. I'd been coasting through life with no meaning, despite Mum and Dad's requests to do something with myself. They said I should be a helicopter pilot and now that seems like a spectacular idea but I was in the moment that that time. You may relate. So I'm lying there, lights are on, some music is playing in the background and the boys are talking amongst themselves but they start getting duller and further into the background. I'm pretty chilled and I start hearing a voice, its soft and womanly and I'm not alarmed. Because I was pretty relaxed and my wariness was not spiked I just let it roll over me. The voice started getting stronger and I could distinguish the words. I worked out that I was being read a letter and that it was my dead mother reading out her wishes for me as a person, a woman, my future and dreams. It was a very powerful moment for me. Yes, Mum and Dad had told me some of this before, 100 times, yes I had listened, no I had not acted on their advice- I've apologised many a time to them for this. To wrap it up, this was a big turning moment in my life and those that have known me for a while may have seen the physical changes in me and the difference in decisions I made, but may not have been aware of why. I look back now and realise that this moment effected me deeply and I'm happy that I was provided with experience. I think it was the start of 'first mum' being an active part of my spiritual life and all the things to come.....

08.01.2022 On the left is a pic of my go-to protection. On the right is what I took to a recent cleansing. The black stone on the bottom is Obsidian and the top one is black Tourmaline. The unpolished Obsidian offers a strong, raw protection. It has lots of sides to bounce energy back. The Tourmaline really balanced the feeling of the Obsidian and offers its own protection; they work really well together. A religious object is not required but any object of your faith or beliefs is han...dy to have around. It keeps your focus on who you are. These rosary beads were my husband's grandpa's- he had two sets. When we had a hairy situation many years ago he got them out and now they hang by our pillows. Mine come with me to cleansings, holidays, even our honeymoon. The beads tie into our family and ancestors, their Faith and protection as well as our beliefs. Each cleansing is different and the things I take may change. I go into my office/meditation room and pick by intuition what I will need for the day. 03.01.2022 Why spirit rescue? Spirits that have already passed over can come back to see us, protect us, provide knowledge and growth whenever they like or when you need it. These spirits won't make you feel anxious, sad, worried or stressed because they have your best interests at heart. Usually they make you feel warm and happy.... The spirits that have not gone over are stuck here and they need help. They can make you feel a number of negative feelings as well as present physical symptoms. A spirit can get stuck for a vast number of reasons including trauma, confusion, shame or guilt. This usually needs to be worked out with them before they can go over. A cleansing won't get rid of the spirits that have already passed over; most people like having these spirits around even if you cant see them. A cleansing aims to clear your property and get the lost spirits over to the light. After all, alive or dead no one wants to be in turmoil. Many happy vibes for your Monday night!
