25.01.2022 Hot off the press. What are your thoughts about Independent Assesments ??? Take a listen to hear what CEO Nicole Rogerson from Autism Awareness Australia said after her 24 year old sons independent assessment this week.... Could your child rate their own disability? And how appropriate is that question? It doesn’t sound like a test of your disability is the right approach..... Let’s hope the NDIA take on the feedback that this approach is NOT the right one. Frustrating to say the least. Even the NDIS Assesor said it was a blunt shovel thank goodness it is technically still in pilot stage...
