They are principles of #samvahan, an ancient light touch massage and vibrational energy healing originating from the Himalayas. It’s all about creating movement, a feeling of safety and groundedness so that the body mind spirit and emotions can naturally ease into balance and safety. Perfect if you’re under... any kind of stress, have an overactive and sometimes overwhelming mental mind (ie getting caught up in the story, obsessing, fantasising and general ‘too much to do and need another 8 hours in the day’ kind of life), being out of balance or ‘stuck’ emotionally, suffer anxiety, depression, fatigue, trauma, nervousness, grief and more or you simply want to feel more connected and maintain good health with harmonic and high vibration.
