23.01.2022 Let's pause right now...listen to 10 of our breaths...deepen three breaths inhale deeply through the nose...all the way to the tummy,inflating the tummy....count 7... hold for 4...exhale opening the mouth,unlocking the jaws...warming the breath slowly pushing belly button slowly in as we exhale slowly... Inhale the fresh,cleansing,healing energy..exhale the energy,thoughts and feelings that no longer serve us.... Pausing means resetting...recentering...now slowly affirm..may I be safe..may I be happy..may I be healthy..may I live my life with ease....3 times.. You can affirm this for anyone else too. Pause..because you can..
