Inhale the fresh,cleansing,healing energy..exhale the energy,thoughts and feelings that no longer serve us.... Pausing means resetting...recentering...now slowly affirm..may I be safe..may I be happy..may I be healthy..may I live my life with ease....3 times.. You can affirm this for anyone else too.
