04.01.2022 The event organisers for the Aboriginal Cultural Showcase are looking for an Aboriginal young person who is interested in supporting the social media promotion of the Aboriginal Cultural Showcase from Monday 20th January to Friday 24th January, 11am 5pm daily. The role will involve taking photos and doing brief interviews for comments and opinions that contribute to the positive promotion of the event, and then posting these on the Aboriginal Cultural Showcase’s Facebook p...age to provide an ongoing stream of promotion of the event throughout the week. The young person will be working within a broader team of people who are supporting the Showcase in various capacities and there will also be one other person within the team who will focus on social media and will be able to mentor the young person, share the responsibility of keeping the social media page active, and act as someone to bounce ideas off throughout the week. A $500 fee will be paid to the successful applicant for their work over the week. There is no formal interview or application process.
