07.01.2022 I have been needing to breathe lately as winter has had an effect on me that I am still working through. Then a client thanked me for the breathing technique to help with his back that has worked so well to release pain in lower back; Breathe into the diaphragm, down into the abdominals (tighten the abdominals with your breath to 'switch them on' so they are supporting your back), breathe all the way into your lower back. This will put focus on getting oxygen into your lower back, on your core muscles doing the work - so your back doesn't take the weight of moving or lifting
