25.01.2022 After a lengthy design, consultation and tender process Lightning Brick Pavers have been awarded the first stage of the city of Cannings Cecil ave project. This will be a milestone project for us as it consists of - 12000 sqm of supply and install of paving - 1000lm of specialised granite kerbing. We are really proud to be partnering Georgiou Group, Place Labs, NS Projects and the City of Canning in delivering such an exciting project.

25.01.2022 Another year another quality stone pavement installation. LBP have started a detailed Egyptian Ramses limestone and Juperana Bruce Rock project for builder Perkins. The pavement incorporates different stone profiles and methodologies and once finished is going to look awesome. Some initial progress shots #LBP#yourvisionourfocus

24.01.2022 Rockingham Beachfront upgrade 2019. Completed for Ertech, and the City of Rockingham LBP supplied and installed 8500sqm of patterned Urbanstone. The design from Place Labs was particularly difficult being the project was over many small stages, but the result is magnificent. Other areas such as stakeholder consideration, functioning businesses, public accessiblity through construction areas and weather through winter all played a part in making this a difficult but very fulfilling project. #LBP#yourvisionourfocus#success#

24.01.2022 UWA EZone. We are just putting the finishing touches on this very unique stone pavement (designed by Hassel). With a combination of different stones and different installation techniques this one has been really tricky to Install around this busy work site. The finished product though looks amazing. #LBP #yourvisionourfocus #ezone

23.01.2022 We just received some very appreciative letters from the young students at Westfield primary. Its a great feeling to be able to help out, especially when its for the kids.

23.01.2022 Byford Primary school 2020. Successfully completed for builder Crothers Construction. This was 8000 sqm of supplied and installed paving through the entire school. Like any commercial development it came with its complexities, but we are happy with the result. #LBP #yourvisionourfocus

23.01.2022 So very cool, LBP has been a major sponsor of this event since the very beginning. We have donated the amphi theatre design and construction and also supplied and built the entire stage. So proud to be part of this awesome event.

18.01.2022 Another great project completed to start 2019. North Perth Common for BOS Civil and Town of Vincent.

17.01.2022 Stage 1 Cecil Avenue. Project completed for Georgiou group, NS Projects, Place Laboratory, Porters and of course the City of Canning. Thank you everyone for a really enjoyable and successful project. LBP completed the entire hardscape - 1km of specialised granite kerbing designed specifically for the city (its dimension of 250x250mm will be unique to this precinct)... - 1km of detailed concrete footings - 8500 sqm of supplied and installed patterned Urbanstone - 5500 sqm of supplied and installed 80mm road paving. What made this project so complex is building it around live traffic with access to the shopping centre and other areas requiring accessibility at all times. This as well as pedestrian movement and trading businesses made for a very tricky job. LBP also completed the entire project in 4 months and through some challenging weather. #LBP #yourvisionourfocus

16.01.2022 Iconic Kalamunda round about repaved today. 375sqm screeded, laid, cut in and paveloked in 8 hrs. #Lightning

16.01.2022 And...... We are at it again. Another specialised granite cobble stone pavement built by LBP If you look closely there is 7 different sized cobbles to make this random pattern. All laid with engineered screeds and grouts. This is specialised work at its very best and around one of Perths newest 6 star hotels (The Ritz Carlton at ELizabeth Quay).

16.01.2022 2019 has started with a bang. We are proud to announce that LBP will partner BOS Civil in the construction of North Perth Common for Town of Vincent. This is one of many iconic projects the LBP team will be involved in this year.

14.01.2022 LBP are happy to announce that it has been awarded the specialised stone and paving contract at south connect mends street in South Perth. After being nominated as the preferred contractor for the project we are excited to be finally started onsite for MG Group completing the sample panels today. This will be an iconic project for South Perth Foreshore with the large animal structures and feature paving works being major focal points of the revitalisation. Well done team LBP.

14.01.2022 LBP took delivery of their new 8 wheel Isuzu tipper today. In an industry that is struggling to come out of recession LBP have continued their growth over the past 2 years to become WAs premium paving contractor. #bringon2019

13.01.2022 What do you do when your working on a heritage listed property and you need special 855mm x 425mm concrete pavers and no one in WA stocks or manufactures them. LBP make them in house themselves. #yourvisionourfocus#qualityLBPbuilt#

13.01.2022 At LBP we believe in supporting our local Community. This year we are very proud to sponsoring some local talent, Sean Foster. He will be competing in the 2018 State Eduro Series. Good Luck Sean.

13.01.2022 LBPs new division is fully up and running. Our services now include specialised mechanically fixed cladding and stone masonry services. Here are some progress shots of a large 1000sqm cladding project we are completing in Albany currently. This project is using donnybrook sandstone on a proprietary stone clip system.

12.01.2022 Yagan Square !! LBP are very proud to be a major part of this challenging project. We have completed the entire 4000 sqm of specialised 60mm trafficable granite that surrounds the precinct. This project was a true testament to the expertise we have in house at LBP. All work completed was by LBP staff from project management to installation of paving.

11.01.2022 For the 4th consecutive year LBP are proud to be a major sponsor of this great event. This year all proceeds are being donated 50/50 to the Leukemia Foundation and the Gigigannup volunteer fire brigade. You can purchase tickets from the Gidgestock Facebook page Get on Board.

11.01.2022 Lightning have started another cladding Project in the northern suburbs. Excellent Work Rob

10.01.2022 The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Completed for Probuild May 2019. This was a specialised rigid granite cobble project using random and set size cobbles as well installing all stone kerbing. LBP completed the entire boundary surround tie in works for both the ritz hotel and apartment buildings as well as the entire port cochere into the hotel. We are really proud of this project as these large scale granite jobs are very technical and complex to complete around other trades and a busy work site. LBP completed our project works on time and had a very happy client at the completion of the project. It was a massive effort from all LBP staff and management #LBP #yourvisionourfocus #WAgranitecobbleexperts#
