25.01.2022 Mercury goes into Retrograde from June 18th to July 12th. Dear readers, we are now moving through another cycle of the planet Mercury moving into retrograde. When this occurs the planet Mercury appears to moving backwards as it seems to move from the East to the West. Many other planets do the same thing at different times and currently we have 6 planets in retrograde. So why does the planet Mercury get such a bad wrap and why are we asked to check the timing of Mercury,s mov...ements and cycles? This is because Mercury has long been known as the planet of communication and the messenger for the Gods. So even now in our day and age it has a big impact on all our communications, as we live in a fast paced world of communication technology. Our communication network is global with emails, faxes,social media ,mobile phones etc. It seems when we move into a Mercury Retrograde all of the communications seem to get impacted by the planet Mercury going into Retrograde. 12.01.2022 What we need to know as Mercury Retrograde ends its cycle. Dear readers, the energy shifts once more as the planet Mercury that effects all types of communication comes to a somewhat type of standstill and then slowly rotates back to its normality. The Mercury Retrograde happens three times per year and is often spoken of as a three week period or cycle. It is important to note that a Mercury Retrograde is in actual fact a 5 week period and many become confused . The best w...ay to explain this is to think of this large planet Mercury as a rolling ball. It needs to slow down before it can change direction, this is not an instant effect. So one week before the actual retrograde of any planet, one can notice the start of energetic changes on our planet Earth. Then once the planet in this case Mercury obtains full momentum then the big retrograde energy begins. For Mercury it is the three week period spoken of. On this day as I write this post, Mercury is slowing down again and although many state the Mercury retrograde has ended it needs to be noted there is still one week to go and that we still need to be cautious with our communications.The week before and the week after the retrograde dates are called the shadow phase.
