14.01.2022 Luhrs Cottage has entered 6 scarecrows in the Barossa Vintage Festival competition, the scarecrows have been strategically place around the cottage. Margr (yes that is her name) is on the front verandah enticing visitors to view the Cottage while Anon the scarecrow who is so shy he has no facial features is gazing over the garden. Out the back by the 'Schoolroom' is Theodore and his fluffy dog Sharon, around the corner in the longdrop is Louisa going about her business, finally in the machinery shed is Arthur who has been tied up with grape picking. Vintage Festival has a voting site for the scarecrows: hint we are no 27. Come and visit us. Theodore has just taken Sharon for a walk I will post a photo when they get back.
