20.01.2022 Lightstream Health Clinic is staying open at present, to provide herbs, and supplements as needed. Meditation is still available on Thursdays 6 to 7pm, due to popular request from all the regular attendees. 20.01.2022 Every Thursday Evening, the team at Lightstream Health Clinic conduct a guided meditation between 6pm and 7pm, a community service for everyone, experienced mediators and beginners alike. We cover spiritual topics, including chakra work, visualisations, and uplifting commentaries which empower each participant. We also focus on healing across the globe, to send enlightening vibrations of peace, harmony, healing and soothe the general chaos and fear of today. Come a little earlier than 6pm, as we sit in silence until commentary begins at 6pm.

17.01.2022 Psychotherapeutic Trauma Healing. Are you held back from moving forward with your life because you are carrying deeply imbedded trauma wounds from past experienced traumatic events or instilled by hurtful people? Starts at 6pm till 7pm ,but advisable to get here a little earlier as we start commentary at 6pm sharp. You will find the atmosphere very relaxing and energising, there is a good group of people who attend regularly along with new people. We focus on empowering attendees and through thoughts, we can make significant changes in one's own consciousness as well as the consciousness of the world.
